We are open for boarding all year round. Please see our opening times below to book an appointment

Check in and Check out - To avoid disturbance to our guests and congestion in Reception we operate an appointment system for arrivals and departures.


Boarding Reminders:

  • A current Vaccination Certificate 

  • Prescription Food / Medication (if applicable) 

  • Favourite Toys, Blanket, Brush 

  • Booking Forms and additional sheet(s) of information (if applicable)

  • For safety reasons please remove collars prior to your cats stay.

If this is the first time your cat has come to stay with us there are three ‘first visit’ forms to be completed (the Booking Information Form, Veterinary Authorisation Form and a GDPR Form). This ensures we have all the necessary information we need; the forms only have to be completed once, you do not need to do them at every visit!
 
You can either print these off, fill them in and bring with you, or we can simply fill them in when you arrive, just remember to allow a little extra time. The Buttercup Lodge and The Orchard Lodge - each Lodge has nearly 10m² of floor space! Plenty of room for up to 5 cats (from the same household) to share - Please note there is a minimum 7 day stay for the Lodges
Standard rate for 1- 5 Cats   - £45.00 per day

Please note that all the above prices are excluding VAT.

Minimum boarding fee of £39.75 plus VAT = £47.70 

 

Delivery & Collections (by appointment only) 

Mileage charged at £1.80 per mile (plus VAT), minimum fee of £15 plus VAT per collection or delivery.

  • Prices include heating, premium brands of cat food and administration of medicines (please note we do not take diabetic cats on insulin injections).

  • We can cater for special dietary requirements by arrangement at no extra cost.

  • Only cats from the same family may share accommodation, at the owner’s request.

  • Public and Bank Holiday days incur an additional 50% charge for the day, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day incur an additional 100% charge for the day.


Deposits and days charged

  • Day of arrival, day of departure and all days booked are charged for.

  • For all new customers a non-refundable deposit of £50 or full booking fee (which ever is lower) should be paid at the time of booking.

  • Discount applies for stays of 28 days or more.

  • Payment at departure by debit, credit card or cash.

  • We do not accept cheques.
