Vicki and Sue are wonderful with both cats and owners! The thought of leaving our beautiful timid tabby in a cattery for the first time was not a good one. That was a few visits ago now. Vicki and Sue care so much about the individual cat and have helped our cat manage the anxiety of a cattery amazingly well.  They are pretty good at managing the anxiety of the owner too!  A text message/picture whilst on holiday, just for reassurance, was just what was needed and a much appreciated thought.

Absolutely no hesitation in recommending the team at Clearwood. We recently left our 1yo rescue kitten with them and would be more than happy to use them again. As an outdoor cat (and huntress!) we were concerned she wouldn't take to any cattery well but at Clearwood she got a daily dose of exploring and exercise, and was in great spirits when we collected her. On top of this, Sue was kind enough to send a couple of pictures whilst we were away, to reassure us that she'd settled in nicely too! Thanks again to Sue, Vicki and Ian - we'll definitely be booking Stormy in again!

Sue, Vicki, Ian and Ali you are so just the best people who go above and beyond to look after everyone - my 4 babies - three Maine coons and my moggie have the very best of care and more than I could ever have wished for - you are all truly an amazing team xx

We recommend everything! Our Messy has been a regular at Clearwood Cattery for almost ten years and we can't praise Sue and Vicki and Ian highly enough. Fantastic rooms and such caring and considerate staff!

Lovely Cattery lovely people. They took such good care of my three cats. Especial thank you for looking after my old lady who was diagnosed with mammary cancer. They were wonderful with her.

Moving house and wanted to have as little disruption for our cats as possible - staff were super friendly and so kind. Both cats were content and happy when we picked them up.

Little touches like photos and remembering the difference in their personalities were wonderful.

Don't think we'll use anywhere else from now on!

Fantastic cattery! One of my cats had a very bad experience with a different cattery before and it put us off using one for years. However, Vicki and Sue gave him (and the other two) lots of love and fuss and did a superb job making sure they were happy and cared for. I would recommend them to anyone!

Angel has had many holidays with many more to come at her 5 star Clearwood hotel. She comes home happy and looking really well. Thankyou Sue and Vicki for looking after her so well especially in this hot weather. The photos show how happy she s there.

I would not dream of putting my cats Ebony and Daisy in any cattery other than Clearwood. Spotlessly clean and so comfortable and warm. Sue and Vicky and all the staff are real cat lovers so Clearwood really is a home from home experience and all the cats always look so relaxed and happy. Truly 5*
